At Coastline Orthopaedic Associates, we are contracted with different types of insurance plans including private insurance, Preferred Providers Organizations (PPO), Exclusive Provider Organizations (EPO), Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), and Medicare.

We do pre-verify your insurance eligibility and benefits prior to your appointment and will furnish to you upon request. Your copay and/or deductible amount are due at the time services are rendered.
